Play In A Day

This Play in a Day is for up to 35 KS2 or 3 pupils. The pupils will work with a facilitator throughout the day and have the opportunity to share a short performance to an audience of their choice at the end of the day.

For nearly 300 years the Vikings carried out raids on the British Isles.

They were exceptional travellers - it is even believed that they reached America hundreds of years before Columbus. This play tells the story of the Viking people - their raids on the British Isles, their religion, culture, politics, food and lifestyle. It is fun and lively, guaranteed to bring a smile to everyone's face. Learn about the thunderous Thor, the legendary Longships and the Viking's 'Things'!

Bring the history of the Vikings to life in your school hall with a fantastic Play in a Day® experience!

"The content of the day was just right, covering much of the Vikings topic/curriculum covered by the pupils so far. The warm up activities used by the facilitator got the children working together very quickly in a fun and enjoyable way. He was fantastic at delivering the day’s workshop, involving every child in some way. We would definitely recommend Konflux Theatre to other schools – a fun way of bringing the History curriculum to life" (School in Worcestershire).
