This energetic Play in a Day looks at issues affecting our world, including single use plastics and our need to conserve and re-use our resources.

Reduce, Re-use, Recycle

This Play in a Day is for up to 35 KS2 or 3 pupils. The pupils will work with a facilitator throughout the day and have the opportunity to share a short performance to an audience of their choice at the end of the day.

It's time to talk rubbish! Commissioned to tie in with the Eco Schools program, Reduce, Re-use and Recycle looks at waste management, saving energy and pollution and how we can all do our bit at home and at school to conserve resources for the future.

Talking Rubbish

Talking Rubbish Play in a Day is an inventive way at looking at the legal and moral responsibilities we have when it comes to dropping litter and questions whether or not the problem lies fairly at the door of young people.

Click Safe is a Play in a Day for up to 35 KS2 pupils. The pupils will work with a facilitator throughout the day and have the opportunity to share a short performance to an audience of their choice at the end of the day.

It's exciting and entertaining to enter a world of chat rooms, online gaming, social networking and instant messaging... just as long as we all 'Click Safe'.

Wired (E-Safety)

Wired is an Internet Safety Play in a Day for up to 35 KS3 & 4 pupils. The pupils will work with a facilitator throughout the day and have the opportunity to share a short performance to an audience of their choice at the end of the day.

Cyberbullying can take many different forms and its effect is often devastating. If someone bullies you, you can walk away. When someone cyberbullies you, however, there seems to be NO escape. You feel trapped... and things rapidly get worse.

The Magic Carpet (Anti-Bullying)

This KS1 Anti-Bullying Creative Learning workshop is available for up to 4 groups of 35 pupils for 1 hour each - up to 140 pupils in one day.  

Konflux Theatre have pulled the Magic Carpet out of the attic and sprinkled it with magic dust ready for children to explore the importance of anti-bullying, sharing & friendship. Take a trip to Storyland to meet Cinderella, Jack and the Big Bad Wolf. Each wonderful character has a problem linked to bullying and the children are encouraged to help find them a suitable resolution.
